We don’t accept any animals in our residence.

Bathrobe

Each adult guest will be provided with a bathrobe for the duration of their stay.

Bike friendly

Our structure offers:

• a bike deposit in pur ski room
• a place to wash and clean your bike with a water hose
• possibility to book organized tours with local guides (against payment)
• washing machine and dryer available - € 5.00/washing machine

"Climate House" - natural and anti-allergic materials

Our house was built according to the provisions of "Casa Clima" and is classified as a Climate House - level A. It has modern apartments, custom-furnished with natural materials in alpine style. All apartments have high quality wooden floors and therefore our apartments are suitable for allergy sufferers, also because we do not accept animals in our facility.
Synthetic pillows and duvets are available on request.

Check-in & check-out

Check-in: possible check-in between 4.00 pm and 7.00 pm.
Check-out: on the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave the apartments by 9.30 am.
If you want to enjoy our mountains also on your departure day, you can leave your luggage in our storage room and you can also take a shower before leaving.

Luggage storage and possibility to take a shower before departure

Would you like to go skiing or cycling, even at the end of your vacation, on your departure day?
No problem, we have a closed luggage storage and before leaving you can also take a shower.

Ecology

We are careful about the environment:

• we try to send you all information about our facilities in digital form, thus avoiding unnecessary paper printouts
• as far as possible, we use biodegradable products for cleaning
• during the midweek cleaning, only the towels left in the bidet, will be washed
• ours is a climate house A, built with materials that allow us to save energy
• all the taps in the bathrooms are regulated in order to save water
• we separate garbage in a correct way, to minimize the amount of waste
• in our "Honesty bar" you will have available drinks in glass bottles and not in plastic bottles
• we have introduced the use of card keys for the apartment so that lights are not left on unnecessarily when guests are not in the apartment

Garage

Each apartment has 1 parking space in a common garage (which is 300 m far away from our house). If you plan to arrive with more than 1 car per apartment, please let us know in advance - we have a few parking spaces in front of the house at a cost of €10.00/day (only if available and by reservation).

“Honesty Bar” – selection of non-alcoholic drinks, wines and beer

On the ground floor you will find the "Honesty Bar" refrigerator, with non-alcoholic drinks.
We have created a small South Tyrolean wine and beer list - don't miss the opportunity to taste some typical South Tyrolean products. Bottles of wine and beer can be requested at the reception desk during the opening hours.
If you are interested, bottles of wine or beer can be purchased to take home - in this case, please let us know a few days in advance.
We kindly ask you to write down the drinks you will take and you will be asked to pay them at the end of your vacation.

Cable cars & ski lifts

Our house is located in the center of Corvara and the lifts are reachable by foot in just a few minutes - the cable car "Col Alt" is only 250 m far away from our house and the cable car "Boé" only 300 m.

Modern ski-room with boot dryer

Stefan's great passion for skiing led him to create a modern ski room for our guests. Each apartment will have its own lockable locker with boot dryers. For the experts who want to make the foils or wax their skis there is a workbench available.

Bicycle depot

In summer our ski room is used as a storage-room for bicycles and outside you will have the possibility to clean your bike.

Location of our house in the centre of Corvara

Our new facility is located in the centre of Corvara. The stores, bars and restaurants as well as the pharmacy are reachable in just a few minutes on foot. The cable car "Col Alt" is only 250 m far away from our house and the cable car just "Boè" 300 m. In winter you can ski everywhere in the Dolomitisuperski resort without using your car.

Cleaning of the apartments

For a minimum stay of 7 nights the apartment will be cleaned once a week (additional cleanings on request).
The cleaning includes, cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels and vacuuming the apartment. Our facility is environmentally friendly - so we kindly ask you to leave only the towels you need to change in the bidet. Additional towel changes on request (with extra charge).

Ozone sanitization

Before the arrival of our guests, all the apartments will be sanitized with ozone.

Skipass organization and collection service

For an additional charge of €3.00 per ski pass, we will collect your ski pass and deliver it directly to you on arrival. To use this service, you must send us the QR-code from your ski pass purchase at least 3 days before your arrival. Otherwise, we will not be able to offer this service.
Available in winter only.

Laundry service

A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for guests to use - the washing machine charge is €5.00 per machine. Detergent is provided.

Grocery shopping service

If you already know that on the day of arrival you will be late, contact us and let us know if you need any food products, we will be happy to do the shopping for you - we will require payment of the amount of the receipt of the products bought - the service is free, but must be requested 2 days before arrival.

Air exchange system

Our structure has a modern air exchange system, active 24 hours a day, which allows you to always have clean air in the apartment and throughout the structure.

SPA

Our house also has a small spa, which in winter is open from Sunday to Friday from 4 pm. to 7 pm. (Due to the corona virus the vital temple opening and/or hours for next winter may change).

• Our vital temple features: Finnish sauna, Turkish steam bath, Kneipp path, revitalizing shower and relaxation area.
• Children under 14 years of age are not allowed to enter the vital temple during the scheduled opening hours (16.00 - 19.00).
• It’s not included the tanning lamp, which costs € 10,00 per session.
• Each adult guest will be provided with a bathrobe for the duration of their stay - for hygienic reasons, we ask you to bring your own (clean) slippers for the entrance into the spa.
• In summer the vital temple is closed.

Wi-Fi

Our facility has a new generation fiber optic line, free and accessible from every apartment.
