Prices and conditions at Residence Villa Trieste

Accommodation cost

All our offers have a limited validity, because our prices vary depending on the occupancy rate of the property - to get an offer, we kindly ask you to enter your request directly on our website, at the "REQUEST" box.
In high season periods, we rent our apartments for minimum 7 nights (Saturday-Saturday) - in low season periods the minimum stay is 3 - 4 nights.

Tourist tax

The tourist tax of € 3,00/person per day is not included in the cost of the apartment.
Children under 14 years old do not pay any tourist tax.

Additional persons and children

Some apartments are equipped with a sofa bed (for 1 person) in the kitchen/living room - for overnight stays in a sofa bed, we charge 60% of the normal price per person (cost for the apartment divided by the number of beds).
Cribs (with bed linen) for children 0-2,99 years are free of charge (on request).
Relatives and friends, not booked in any of the apartments in our house, are not allowed to enter in the apartments.

Special offers

We participated in the special offers "Dolomiti Super Premiere" from the beginning to the middle of December and "Dolomiti Super Sun" from the end of March to the end of the winter season - please contact us for the exact dates of the offer.

Pets and animals

We don’t accept any animals in our residence.

Booking confirmation

The reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount and must be paid within 10 days after confirmation of the reservation. The remaining balance will be automatically debited 1 month before you arrive.

Payments

We accept cash (limited amount), bank transfer and credit cards, VISA and Mastercard.

Cancellations

The right of cancellation according to § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG is not applicable - the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply:

• up to 3 months before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
• from 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40% will be charged.
• from 1 month to 1 week before arrival 70%.
• in case of cancellation in the last 7 days before arrival 90% of the total price will be charged.
