The new and modern apartments, completely furnished in alpine style, offer a high comfort for an extraordinary stay.
The apartments are carefully designed to blend classic elements with a contemporary approach, paying special attention to details that characterize and enhance every lodge. Simple but refined furniture defines the interiors’ character, maintaining a dialogue with alpine traditions. Materials, such as wood or local stone used for floors, local timber used for furniture and lime and clay plaster on the walls, follow the principles of green building, creating a precious combination with the advantages of a Climate House (Energy efficiency Certification). All our new apartments are equipped with a modern kitchenette with dishwasher, crockery and set of flatware, microwave oven, flat screen TV, safe, Wi-Fi, linen, towels and tea towels, hairdryer, ski room with lockers and boot dryer inside, washing-machine at your disposal, 1 free parking space per apartment in the garage. In front of the building we have a few parking spaces at €10.00/day.
Furthermore our house is equipped with an elevator, a modern 24-hour air exchange system throughout the house and a relaxing spa area.
We don’t accept any animals in our house.
Our services and general information:
- we have 1 free parking space per apartment in our garage (5 minutes walk from the house)
- there are a few parking spaces in front of the house at a cost of €10.00/day
- our house is built according to the "Climate House" architectural standards and has a 24-hour air exchange system
- before the arrival of our guests we sanitize all the apartments with ozone
- for stays of 7 nights: once a week, we will hover the apartment and clean the bathrooms
- "Honesty bar" with a list of South Tyrolean wines and beers
- tap water is drinkable and delicious
- our new building has an elevator
- modern ski room with boot dryer inside the building
- washing machine and dryer available for our guests in the house at the price of €5.00/washer
